We also reserve the right to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include (but is not limited to): increasing the number of referrals you have to earn for any given item, removing or adding new offers and changing the referral value credited for any offer(s). We may also add or remove any product(s) listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value. I. Membership 1. All information provided by users must be 100% accurate. 2. More then one account is allowed per household. However, for more than one account, it is required you contact us for approval beforehand; otherwise both accounts may be placed on hold indefinitely. All accounts with the same shipping address or IP may be placed on hold for review at any time. 3. A person may have more then one account at GamingMadness.net, but must contact the administration explaining the need for more then one account. Whether or not a second account is allowed will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Failure to contact the administration will lead to all of a person’s accounts being placed on hold indefinitely for review. 4. Referrals cannot be transferred or donated from one account to another. 5. Two or more separate accounts can not be merged into one account for any reason. 6. If your account is placed on hold, you are not permitted to create another account. Any user who is discovered creating an account while they currently have an account on hold will be banned from GamingMadness.net permanently. 7. Any unauthorized use, entry, or hacking into GamingMadness.net is illegal, and punishable by law. The slightest violation(s) will provide sufficient impetus for us to prosecute the offender to the fullest extent the law allows. II. Offers 1. Receiving credit for an offer can not be guaranteed. If you believe that you have completed an offer correctly and were not given credit, please open a support ticket with your name, account name, e-mail address, offer completed and the date on which you completed the offer. We will attempt to get you credit for that offer, but we cannot guarantee that you will receive any form of credit. 2. Users must complete the offer by using the link provided by GamingMadness.net. If you go to the website directly, use another affiliate’s link, or go to the offer site by any means other then clicking the link on this website, GamingMadness.net cannot be held responsible for giving you credit for completing the offer. 3. Users are responsible for saving all confirmation e-mails received by affiliate companies. In the event an offer’s credit does not go through automatically, these e-mails may be needed to manually credit your account for the offer. 4. GamingMadness.net is not responsible for any unknown or unexpected charges which you receive from one or more of our offers. Neither are we responsible for any spam mail through electronic or paper means. Read the offers’ terms and conditions before signing up. 5. GamingMadness.net is not responsible for any fines or punishment received if an offer is done through fraudulent means. By completing an offer from GamingMadness.net, you agree to stay within the limits of the United States law. Any suspected illegal activity will result in accounts being placed instantly on hold. GamingMadness.net will also cooperate with the authorities—if asked—in the case of investigations of anyone due to illegal activities while completing offers. III. Products 1. GamingMadness.net can not guarantee the availability of a product at the time of order. If a product is unavailable, you will be contacted and given an alternative option, or choose to wait until a time when the product may be available. 2. If any account is suspected of false information in order to gain referrals, that account will be placed on hold immediately. There is no guarantee that they will ever be taken off of hold. If your account is placed on hold, you will have no access to any referral points you may have gained over the duration of your account, and are not allowed to create a new account without approval from GamingMadness.net. 3. Users may receive more then one item, but must first contact the admin. 4. If the product shipped to you is not what you originally ordered, it is up to you to contact the GamingMadness.net staff with sufficient proof. III. Orders 1. GamingMadness.net is not responsible for lost orders due to—but not limited to—incorrect shipping addresses or faults on behalf of the shipping companies. GamingMadness.net is also not responsible for any damage to products through the shipping company or post office. 2. Items will not be shipped to PO Boxes. However, we will ship items to APO Boxes, or any other related mailing service for an Armed Services member outside of standard PO Boxes. 3. GamingMadness.net does not take returns or exchanges. 4. In the event you believe you received the wrong item, you may contact the GamingMadness.net administration. Please provide as much proof of the mistake as you can for better chances of getting the correct item. GamingMadness.net will switch the items pending sufficient proof, but makes no guarantees. In some cases, you may be held accountable for providing shipping of the wrongful item back to GamingMadness.net. 4. GamingMadness.net may choose to not send a product for any reason. 5. Products sent may not resemble the ones shown in the images on the prize page. IV. Other Information 1. GamingMadness.net is allowed to place any account on hold for any reason. 2.
